JustSeeds Labor Posters @ Southern Graphics Conference International 2013
Plan B Co-op is having another art exhibition this month, which is going to be largely screen-print based (but also including other forms of printmaking) surrounding social and political issues in the east coast. The artists are anyone in Halifax who signed up to participate in the last few months.

Here's a description:

"Presented by Art+Activism@NSCAD and Plan B Merchant's Co-op, and in conjunction with the 2014 Mayworks Halifax Festival of Working People & the Arts, the public is invited to attend the opening of SHOW OF FORCE, an engaging concurrent exhibition of print portfolios relating to labour and social justice issues in Halifax, across Nova Scotia, and abroad."

There will also be works in the gallery from the Justseeds Artists’ Co-op (!!!)
Justseeds Artists’ Cooperative is a decentralized network of 24 artists committed to making print and design work that reflects a radical social, environmental, and political stance. With members working from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, Justseeds operates both as a unified collaboration of similarly minded printmakers and as a loose collection of creative individuals with unique viewpoints and working methods.

The exhibition dates: April 25th - May 13th
Regular visiting hours: Monday to Sunday, 11AM – 7PM
Location: Plan B Co-op (2180 Gottingen Street/Free admission)
